Permission to address the board?

Although I doubt many support his views , Smlitz didn't infringe on any rights of any member. He simply stated his own thoughts on the matter, something that so many in this topic have done. Sure his views are very critical of the ES community, but shouldn't he be entitled to discuss it? If not here, then it will no doubt be vented elsewhere, through mediums of IM no doubt. So what is the use in stamping it out of the board in the first place?

While I'll admit it was the wrong topic to post such criticism, he shouldn't be condemned for going against the views of the administration and I'm positive that he doesn't expect to change any views on the matter, only to put his own out there.

Okay, so we do not take this topic any farther down the squirrel cage than we already have, how about we discuss this in a mature and orderly fashion in another topic?

Let us, for those who wish to and have not done so yet, congratulate E.V.E. on her achievement. Those that wish to speak on the matter that Boidy has brought up, please take your thoughts and follow us to the new thread.

Really, this isn't all that quick. Waris got his Staff position less than 2 months after he joined.

And, back to the celebration!

I'm glad she got promotion for New Staff. So,I'm respect for her.
