Well, I guess I could outline the basic plan. My next two years are being spent earning my GED (as I'm in running start) and Associate of Arts (or Sciences) from my local communis...I mean community college. Then I enlist and serve in the Marine corp for 8 years. 4 years of active overseas, and 4 years of inactive part-civilian life. Either during that time, or shortly thereafter I want to get married to my girlfriend and have kids. I'll work, she wants to be a stay at home mom. We'll see if that changes. :D

my plans for the near future is just riddling out a way to get unbanned in #estudios IRC...
seriously, no other things to take care of, everything is going fine in the right directions, as long as i dont try to change anything... :D

but i think that getting unbanned plan is a difficult one...

Hey don't worry, lot's of teens don't know what they want to be later. A lot of the people I know at CÉGEP (a cookie to anyone who actually knows what a CÉGEP is) who are about 18-19 years old have no idea of their future jobs. Eventually, everyone finds something, so don't worry. It'll come, sooner or later.

CÉGEP replaces the last two years of high school with a semi like university setting, it is only in Quebec and I went to JAC for my DEC. I want a chocolat chip cookie.

Then when I start teaching in CEGEP I will have a cookie everyday and eat it in front of my students while pointing at my BAC and my Masters degree and informing them of the no eating in class rules.

In some Years my Father will retire from his Position as Company Leader, so it's then up to me what happends to it.
Unfortunatley he doesn't want to expand it. In one way thats good because he does that to spend enough time with his Family, on the other Hand: We could be alot more Successfull than we are now.
So when the Time come's I'll be sure to expand the Company.
First in other Cities, then maybe in our Neighbour Countries ( Dutchland aswell :/ ) and who knows, maybe even Global if im not already dead by then.

Most ( but not all ) things in Life have their Price, and when I want something I can't stand it when I can't afford it.
So when im through with this Plan I can finish my other Plan: To enjoy the Life Baby! Posted Image

What do your father's company sells? Nukes? :/

As for me I like to take things step by step. Next up is university.

In reality, I want to hop in a BMW E30, go around the world in it and then make the Nordschleife my home.

Get together with a certain girl I know, get my bachelor's degree in history, get my master's degree in history, get married, get a job with plenty of time for me to go diving into the historical records, get my doctorate's degree, possibly emigrate (if so then probably to England), live a long and happy life, retire in Sweden, relax and die in my sleep.

I don't really have any concrete plans. Maybe that's why I'm miserable. :\

The only real plans I have are finish my education (B.S. in Game Art & Design in college) which should take another 2-3 years and then "get into the industry." I haven't even considered which studios I'm going to apply for.

Other general events I want to happen at some point include "find significant other" "buy own house" and perhaps "learn how to fly" and "reproduce" although currently I find that all children are evil at all ages so I've got some maturing to do before I'm ready for that last one.

Nothing concrete. I'm thinking of doing either physics or aeronautical/aerospace engineering at uni, although looking at Boidy's earlier post I notice that I haven't exactly being making aircraft concepts or anything like he had been.

I got T5'ed (i.e. I didn't have to go to the army) and am currently studying the fine art of Informatics.

I am aiming towards a M.Sc., but I'll see about that.

For those of you who are at school and don't know what do do yet: I decided less than 6 months before starting to study. Just take your time and ignore relatives and teachers, you know what suits you best and you alone will have to bear the consequences! Don't let anyone mess around with your life!

I'm curious as to why you would want to be an A+ student just to be an animator. I can't say that is the most respectable job to attain with such a high academic determination.

Like money? With perfect marks in school, you can get numerous job opportunities. I think it would be wise to find something enjoyable that pays better, or at least to try to find that thing.

Money is a necessity but not everyone devotes themselves to the pursuit of acquiring as much as they can before they rot.

You know, for a guy who has never known what he wanted to be (not even dreaming as a little boy) this is a really depressing topic.

For a guy that's just lost the one thing that always made him happy... guess how I feel.

I've never had a constant idea of what I wanted to do. When I was much younger, I had lots of ideas. I used to jump from one to another every so often.
I wanted to be pilot, a garbage man and even a lawyer at different times in my life.

Now, I've set my sights on filmmaking. I've decided that this is where I want to go.

But this is only a career.

I'm not certain about the other aspects of my life.

Learn portable skills like languages, have a good grasp of English, German possibly and certainly maths.

If you can do a degree abroad from Serbia this could help you emigrate since you will be fluent (by the end hopefully) and accustomed to the new country.
