I wanted to use some C&C 3 voices for a Generals mod, but I just have no Idea how to get to those. After I looked in the big files I came to Audio Files with .af file type. Are these the right files? If so, how can I open these or convert them to wav. If not, where are the right files located?
I used the search function but couldn't find anything.

Try the AudioExtract tool by JonWil (CNC3Mods.net). It can´t extract all audio types, but AFAIK unit voices are supported.

Can it also turn in mp3 files in to AFAIK?

I´m afraid it supports only IIRC format.

You could try getting your hands on a Kane Edition, it works with these too.

I have a Kane edition but the program just didn't do anything when I startet it, so i thought it wouldn't work.

You must know the name of the file you want to extract and specify a folder where to extract to. Otherwise it won´t work.
