I got this idea from watching to much ''Whos line is it anyway''
Just say something as you normally would but add in ''If you know what i mean'' at the end of your sentence.
Ill start off:

thats not how it works....
everything you say has to be a double entendre...that is, it has to have a second, raunchy meaning (kinda like a "thats what she said")
when they play on WLIIA everything they say could be interpereted in a way that they wanted to do the waitress (forgot who played it)
