The Hunt for Red October.

This movie is pure gold. 10/10. Acting is awesome, plus the inclusion of REAL Russian is even better. Neverending replay value.

9.5/10
-A great manly action film like the ones they used to make
-Good fight choreography-the first fight scene where the Spartans actually used realistic phalanx tactics in the beginning was awesome
-captured passion and individualism of ancient Greeks

Yeh I just saw 300 as well...
8.5/10... just because I thought a lot of the storyline could have used some more fleshing out.
But otherwise a very entertaining... very INTENSE movie... especially if you have the volume right up.
Just treat it as entertainment, and don't go looking for historical inaccuracies (as it is based on a comic book, not a history book.)

THIS IS 300! (boot.)

Sooo true, Episode 5 is my 2nd favourite right after 6. 4 was awesome as well. The "new" ones were unneeded IMO. Sure, nice special effects but it's far from the revolutionary style of the old parts. Gotta love those AT-ATs

Yesterday, I watched Signs, that alien film featuring Mel Gibson.
I'm giving it 9/10
Despite the fact that SOME parts lack logic (aliens manage to travel through the galaxy but fail at opening a simple door) it's a nice film IMO. The first time I watched it, I was scared as hell.

James Bond 007: Casino Royale. 9/10

Quality action entertainment and a feast for the eyes. Also has the deepest quote evar: "The bitch is dead now."

Minus for confusing storytelling in places and shitloads of product placement.
Lifes a shit.. deal w/ it..its impossible to have a good day wow fuck this gay earth much??

I can't believe I got dragged into seeing this piece of crap. There weren't even any good fight scenes in it. Damn it.

The New-ish Rocky film 6/10

there was a quiet a lot of boring talking scenes and the usuall part of the film where rocky starts training up to fight again, just like the older films. In all, it's quite like the first 5 movies, nothing special :P

Has more gore, more nifty 'gagets', but the mind play is no where near what the the Jigsaw does in the first two. Plus at the end I, along with a few others, went W.T.F.!?

I'd give it 7/10. I found some parts funny but I wasn't really laughing. The jokes, though sometimes cleverly disguised, are recycled from past Bean movies. Classic jokes they may be... but not so great after you've seen them once before, I'm sure you'll agree. It DID change my perspective on French women though, DAMN.... she was hot....

Hard Boiled 10/10

Great gunfight movie. In cantonese though. But great nonetheless. Great story too. It's old and classic too.

The Reaping 4/10

Lame story. Ending was poor. The 'twist' wasn't predictable but it was badly done and bad altogether. Very poor movie. Only gave it a 4 because it did scare me.

Spiderman 3 10/10

Pretty much were all the problems come together and get resolved here. Venom was a complete badass (only in his form, rather having "Eddy" or w/e his name kinda ruined the character), lots of tension and conflict. Great movie, must watch I've youve seen the others. Dont come in it however if you do not know the rest of the movies, you will get lost.
