Message to the Russian Military

Hello, this is one of the many Cell Leaders of the now re-united GLA. We would like to know if you would enjoy a partnership to wipe out the ECA dogs. We are ready and would be prepared to stealthily strike at any given location, including the ECA's homelands.

ATTN:

As previously stated, your time is up, and my TOPOL and Scuds have hit their targets. Those targets being all major ECA cities. ECA Commanders, your cities are not in ruins, now it is just up to the Russians to take control over the spoils.
