Is it possible to make all times appear in your own local time zone... and possibly in 12 hour time?

I saw that, but, from wha tI saw, it doesn't let you switch between 24 and 12 hour time... which is what I meant in my post

At least I have answered 1/2 of your question.
I think there is an option for the 12/24 hour thing but I can't remember where.

I prefer 24 hour clocks, to be honest, simply because it's fun when people ask "Wtf is 15:00?!".
