To open a .rar download a demo of winrar from rarlabs.com I mean come on, use google to solve these problems.

I like World at War. (my personal mod) But, it's not finished and a good distance from, but I do enjoy Shockwave, but one of my favorites has got to be Project Raptor, that used to be the only mod I ever played, the good old days. Also, that Red Alert 3 can be kind of fun, until the bugs go nuts, or the really crappy infrantry piss me off. Oh, yeah, can't forget good old Secondwave, the first faction edit.

If You DO Get to download a Mod i humbly reccommend [and i have played almost all the mods]

SHOCKWAVE .93

.95 DOES Rock and has some fanatastic new units but its Still so buggy and crashes so often [especially during online or multiplayer lans] that it is more frustrating than fun to play.... Roll on the patch!
