shame no one plays that mod online; I just heard an updated version of it came out. I found it pretty funny when the enemy ai destroyed my juggernaut and it destroyed half their fleet in the explosion lol.
I'm sure that I'll play it online if the better coputer will have internet. That'll take a few months but than we could play a match.

I have played an earlyier version but it wasn't really interesting. But I see that the latest version must be great, so I'll test it.

We musn't play against the other. If we use hamachi (and if it works) than we can play a lan game in a team against cpu enemies.

I think I messed up halfway through since I was editing settings due to mods, but it is pretty easy in my opinion

The one mission that pissed me off on a Homeworld 1 scale was the ninth mission (the huge battle at Thaddis Sabbah) since it was one of those "holy shit I can't do all this at once" deals

I played homeworld 2 before I got homeworld 1 and yes I think that homeworld 1 is very difficult and I got angry everytime when half of my fleet was destroyed. But the two homeworlds aren't realy compareable.

Money is a major problem but you can fix that by editing a text file to change your starting funds.

or just capture every single ship in sight. Multi-beam frigates in homeworld 1 are amazing. Even the fuel pods are powerful.

Has someone of you played the pirates mod?
It isn't ready yet, but the multiplayer matches are realy interesting. (I played two exciting matches with medve against two expert cpu players).

I have played the latest version for 20 sec. cause my computer is too slow for it. I think that it isn't realy realistic if the ships begin firing at the very beginning of the game.
