[YouR_DooM]

In the past few days i have seen quite a lot ppl connecting to hamachi with a yellow dot in front of their names in the online list, and was wondering if those ppl know the reason for it... As those yellow dots continued to show up, i decided myself to write a little guide so that everyone may have the oppurtunity to connfigure hamachi in the correct way and play with others without problems.

First off, this guide is only meant for those who get yellow dots in front of their names, so the others can directy connect to the network listed below...

Start:
-> Download Hamachi from http://www.hamachi.cc/download and install it...
-> The Hamachi wizard should start automatically and will guide you trough all basic functions of this neat software.
-> if you get a yellow dot ( which means some sort of nat problem ) go in the "preferences" menu and then in the "System" submenu. Tick the " Magic Option " and set a port: i.e. 12976
-> Go into your firewall setup and forward the port you just set ( 12976 ). this is an UDP port, so set it as UDP.
You can use Port triggering too, alwasys with the same port.

If you need specific hints on how to configure hamachi with your Firewall / Router please visit http://forums.hamachi.cc/.

Remeber the routers are usually to be setup trough the internet connecting to the following adress : http://192.168.0.1

This should usually solves the yellow dot problem and you will be able to play using the lan lobby, directly finding other SW players

If the problem should persist, just leave a post with more details on your problem and ill try to solve em...

My first server is full for a long time. But I want to setup a server for active members only, because there are a lot of members suscribed to my first server (shockwave92) which I have just seen one time.

So this is the server for active members only. By active I mean like a few hours a weak is enough.

Their is some ways to correct Network bugs. This is a quick Guide i made.

What we Noticed

It looks like the network with the Mod 'ShockWave' is instable.

Way to correct it
-------------------
-If you are in a 'LAN' Create the network with both of the pc
-->We advise you, to create the server with the faster computer.

-Don't make 8 Players map.
-->We noticed, it make crash.

-Optimise Computer by cutting processus and other software.
-->Cutte software that use bandwith like MSN, Skype, ICQ, MIRC.

-Desactivated Antivirus/Firewall.
-->Cutte Antivirus and Firewall for the duration of the play.
