The GLA does not have a decent way to travel in the air, so I was thinking....They lack air power and soon to lack naval power..They are basicly land Based people. And with watching some things about GLA like armies I thought that one thing the game and GLA is missing is a controlled railway system...So here is my idea.

GLA Railway:
-Worker built building that is the start of the railway, it is a beaten down trainstation.
-The Railway station is considered a Faction unit, but the rails itself are not considered a building, thus cannot be targeted for destruction.
-The Station can build 2-4 units..
1.) Construction car
2.) Passenger Car
3.) Scud Car
4.) Supply Car/Undecided

The Construction car would ride on the exisiting railway and build on to it when it comes to a end.

The Passenger car would hold 10infantry w/ fireports

The Scud car would shoot scud missiles

The Supply car would either collect supplies every time it passes through the station or someting..


Basicly this would be a cool new aspect to the factions and produce a accurate unit. Any Comments?

I believe the Razor would be a lot more fun and useful if it dropped HE bombs instead of napalm I also believe it suits Kwai better as only one weapon of his buidable arsenal actually uses napalm. Of course this wouldn't make the black napalm upgrade useless, after all dragon tanks can literally win a war by themselves at the low tech stage of the game and we'd still need to buy it to enhance the extremely useful napalm strike general power.

After checking the "No Go List" and trawling through 60 odd pages of posts (though I am sure 30 of them I didn't see cause my eyes glazed over) I was thinking that the Pathfinder might get a Laser Target Designator, similar to that on the Avenger.

What I'm proposing is not to have nuke cannons cause more damage than a nuclear missile. What I AM proposing is a new weapons switch for Tao's nuke cannons. The Precursor Effect Shell will not necessarily explode above the ground, or need a new animation, but what it will do is cause a small amount of damage (somewhere in the vicinity of infantry health) and have a larger shockwave. This shockwave would toss light vehicles (Vees, Techs) about a quarter of a screen away, while tossing tanks half that distance and Overlords only a small amount. The units would be tossed roughly in the same direction as the shell was fired from. It would have the same reload time as a regular nuke shell, and the same or shorter range.

I wonder because i hate mods that let the ships onland

Instead of the para drop for the amour genaral why dosent he have a drop of elite marines form space in a bunker that has 5 men , then 2 drop pods , then 3 drop pods.

Hey, how come the mods can resurrect text from the ideas from the topics that were deleted because a new release of Shw came out?I'm sure that I made that post about the deathray when 0.92 was out.

I came up with an idea
How about a Salvaged Spectre Gunship for GLA
It is 2 times armored than the USA's Spectre Gunship, but 2 times lower due to the additional armor
It can be armed with 2 howitzers, 2 4-barreled quad batteries and a missile battery with 16 scorpion missiles
And maybe a Flying Junk Upgrade for the GLA's air units?
P.S Also i was thinking of a Broken Point Laser Defense upgrade,
which only shoots 1/3 of the missiles launched due to some things that GLa didnt repair
