Who needs any cursor other than the default one? It's a waste of system resources.
If you really want something different, certain games have their cursors somewhere in the folders.
They are safe and you can use them.

Basically any site that does not tell you to download a program in order to install the cursors. Unfortunately there are not that many around, as cursors are still a favourite and dead easy way of infecting a computer with something or another. And as Rayburn said they are a waste of resources - and almost any program that has different cursors can have them pulled out easily and used as normal cursors.

Battlefield 2 is an example of a game with free, easy to use cursors.
And who cares if it wastes resources? He asked for it, let him have it.

I use custom cursors and my computer is useless I got no problems with it.

Well first off, the ones in the banners and ads are completely out. DeviantArt would be your best bet for icons and cursors and such. You can also try the hacked uxtheme.dll and some free theme websites but you also have to be careful with those.
