Watch a few vids, look at reviews and such, and let your jaw drop so hard it will crash through your floor. I mean it.

its been given consistent 9s, 9.5s, and 10s in various reviews (although I will say it concerns me when they give the original XBox version a 5.9 on gamespot)

Yeah, this game looks really tight...I'll have to get it on 360 (when stores actually have them in stock) cos the PC version has that disgusting piece of excrement malware known as Starforce on it.

Starforce is a root level driver which grants itself ring 0 (system level) privileges which means that it grants itself the right and capability to do anything at all to your system.

Oh, and those pricks who make Starforce are practically extorting game producers into using their product; the game Galactic Civilizations II, which does not have copy production software, is selling quite well. The producers of GalCivII, Stardockm stated that they really didn’t care much for all the time spent trying to help customers with piracy protection related problems when they could spend that time improving the game itself instead. Not to mention that they weren’t all that thrilled with paying companies like StarForce through the nose for the privilege of alienating and pissing off their customers by screwing up their perfectly good software. Naturally, the copy protection gang began throwing little tantrums when it was revealed that gamers weren't criminals and shouldn't be punished as such. So what did StarForce do? They linked to pirated versions of GalCivII on THEIR OWN DAMN WEBSITE!!! Fucking disgusting! This copy protection mafia is promoting piracy to increase sales of their product!

Ignoring Patton's rant, I shall say that this one looks pretty good, but my money is still on Killzone 2.

To be honest, I thought Killzone 1 was over-hyped and lame...I'm not too optimistic about Killzone 2.
