Zoids, haven't seen that show in ages, nice. 8| It must have taken you ages to trim and cut, but I'd imagine you're getting a bit faster at that since you've been doing it a while now.

I get very rusty as I dont do a cut for ages and then pick one up randomly.
This one took me about an hour, maybe an hour and a half.
Worth it though, I am in love with the outcome.

Busy Nid.
I'm now officially a fan of rediculously simple sigs.

Nice, reflection and cut is great
Only thing I would suggest is that it could do with some red somewhere else to "balance" it out imo.

Its nice, the only thing i would change is where the reflection meets the guy, it should be toe to toe, as the text is touching it makes the guys reflection look odd.
Pav3d may be onto something as well, maybe make your name text red?

Edit: Also, maybe the word Nidmeister needs a reflection too.

Good idea there, red text coming up.
What I had tried to do was more Deadmau5 away from the reflection line, It looked good in photoshop, but for some reason his toes seem to be at the line now, I'll make alterations accordingly.

EDIT:
Yay.

This has been my wallpaper for a while now, and I made it even longer ago. For some reason I never thought to post it up here.

I've never been much of a sketch, I find it tedious and have always been in doubt of my own abilities. But recently I was asked by my Girlfriend to draw a portrait of her after a discussion about whether I could actually draw or not because she had never seen me draw before. Proportions are out, positioning is poor and such; I've never been too good at those things really anyway, but I think I was driven to draw to the best of my ability. I'm not exactly proud of this work, but as this is my personal portfolio here, I think it deserves a place.

The drawing looks fairly good even though it isn't too exact compared to the reference picture. Not a bad job I'd say. Probably more practice could solve your positioning issues.

THEY WILL BEEN AOTHER ZELDA

Main criticism is that the edges of your vectors are too jagged, and you're overcompensating with drop shadow, mainly on the sig. The avatar is too small to notice. Other minor thing is the drop shadow clips off at the top right corner, which doesn't look right. D;

Stylistically I'm not too keen on it, however, it is different, and different is good. Different is what makes art so interesting and diverse. What isn't "good", is that the last few bits of your sentence is an oxymoron, seeing that you are, indeed, "trolling".

I think that the most interesting part of my personality is my immaturity, and my ability to attempt to make light of sour situations. Especially under the influence of alcohol. When I wake up in the morning, my head is spinning and I'm still snickering about the fact that before I left my flat to go to the club, I took a picture of myself smiling behind that fist, and then added hearts to the top of it in photoshop, and posted it on the internet. Some would say laughing at your own jokes is not cool, but in my own little world I'm quite confidently hilarious, to me.

Although I see where you're coming from Nuker, borderline troll, however if it was meant as a direct insult to Camille I think I would have gone for something a little less purple 8D

Ok, I've had enough of this. As of this moment, I consider that anyone who further continues the debacle/argument started in Nem's art thread or any reference thereto, to be sans posting rights for a period I think is fitting. Whatever issue or problems anyone has in relation to anything whatsoever gets sorted OUTSIDE of FS. This is not a place to settle or battle out old scores and I will not see FS used as a place to do so.

Keep it off of here!
