I was warned once, many of you don't know and most weren't here at the time. I took my warn seriously and took the consequences, and within a month, that warn vanished. Chris didn't listen. He continued and continued. Being a long-term member is no scapegoat.

banning chris is bs imo, he's a modder for 3 mods on here for christ sake
edit: lul, is this the most read at one time thread? xD

So he's a modder, may I suggest you call someone that cares? That doesn't give him automatic immunity. If you mess up, regardless of the position you have on this forum, you're warned or banned. End of discussion. Chris should have thought about the mod(s) he'd be leaving behind before he did what he did.
Not immunity, but some sort of leway, who cares about some silly argument, warn and move on, he's a veteren member and works(ed?) on 3 mods here

Well when that warn cost him an automatic ban, then it is his own fault. Maybe he should have realized that his current way of representing himself was not in accordance to forum rules.
And leeway? Seriously...

Another interesting event happened when I was asleep, again! Guess it sucks to be on the wrong side of the globe D:
So let's see... Two people caught themselves in an IRC flame war, resulting in the belligerents getting warned, and one of them banned (God bless the warn level system) until further notice? An anomaly it is, but not enough to gather more than a fraction of my interest. Time to move on then.

You'd think that with that many mods under his belt and the fact that he was a veteran member, he'd know how far the Staff bends before it finally breaks. I have no sympathy for him, given his previous actions in the matter.

they did warn and move on. it just so happened that this warn was the one that set him to 100%, witch is an automatic ban.
shame he'll have to relocate his mod(s), but it was brought uppon by himself.

Ugh...Chris was one of those people what made E-Studios what is is. It sucks he got banned, though it can suck as much as it does, but after so many rules breaking, I think he deserved it, somehow
And yeah, I am quite a good friend of Chris.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn man, they took that shit so far that they got warned?
Yeah, I was there in the beginning of that, but it like kinda died down for a little while and then I had to leave; there wasn't really any hardcore flaming that I can remember while I was there...anyone care to PM me the log? I know it's irrelevant, but I was kinda involved in the beginning of it and I'm curious to see exactly how the fuck things went to hell in a handbasket.
I retired from this business of high school drama when I graduated, man, but I will say that when Chris started bashing American engineering I kinda started getting annoyed, too. We were roleplaying, for chrissakes, and someone jammed my SAW and here he goes off about what a piece of shit it is just because it's American. I can see exactly why Lizzie started to get annoyed, because hell, I started to get the same way, and I'm a far sight more mellow than she is.
@ Mental: Ohhh yeeaah! Kacen...

From the rules

Don't repeat what has been saidDon't start a new thread unless you are certain that there are no previous threads about the same, and that you are not simply repeating what has been said in an older thread. Don't simply repeat yourself either. If a thread you created gets little attention, don't post another identical thread and don't repeatedly post in your thread in an attempt to draw attention. Just leave it. There is probably a reason people have not posted in your thread in the first place!

QFT.
This is the second time Chris has been banned due to collective warnings, and this is Lizzie's first warning.
And yet some people are siding with Chris because you get along with him on MSN, or because he makes you laugh, and then you go and accuse the people that run this forum of a biased opinion?
Some of you fools need to open your eyes, and see that the Staff and Admins don't hand out warnings for no reason.
Like the last time Chris got banned, all I see is people using this situation as a shield to take stabs at the Admins and staffers here, it's not on. If you don't like the way this forum is run, maybe you need to just GTFO. It seems the easiest and most obvious option to me.

Btw, you guys warn by 33%at a time (not 1/3 at a time).
33*3=99
Therefore, Chris should not be banned.
I'm sure he didn't realise this was his last chance...
Therfore he should be unbanned with 99% warn level...
My logic is conclusive...
And, tbh, Mbob has done so much worse ... ban him.

The fact that chris has not learned from his previous warnings, or ban.
Last time he recieved warnings for provokative and offensive behaviour, and from what I have seen of the logs of what happened, he still has not learned.
I am pointing this out because people still seem to be taking his side as if he is so angellic that he cannot possibly have pissed lizzie off.

In case you missed it, you should acquaint yourself again with the rules.

Warnings will accumulate, and when you receive a second warning your posting rights will be removed for 2 weeks. Once these 2 weeks are over, you will be allowed to post again, but the warn meter will still be at 2 out of 3 warnings. A third warning will then immediately result in another ban from posting, but this time it will be PERMANENT. You may appeal your ban through other forms of communication such as e-mail, but in all cases the decision of the admins is final.

There's a line between joking and going too far.
If you read the thread you would see the relevance. People are STILL taking Chris' side despite this bieng the second time this has happened. In doing so, they are also taking pot shots at admins AGAIN. Now, like what has been said earlier, warnings aren't handed out for no reason. I'm bringing this up, to the people that seem to think that Chris is incapable of doing anything wrong, despite having accumulated enough warnings to have earned two bans. Do you want me to explain further?
Wizard

Yes, Chris has been perma banned.
@ People who can't seem to understand our rules, I would suggest that you make yourself acquainted with them again. These incidents are all connected as they occur on this forum and the IRC which is the common factor. There are jokes and there are jokes. If you would've seen the incident in question it was not a joke and hence why warnings were issued.
