Internet = Serious Business. Don't take care of what people in it says.

Best Post in this whole Thread.
This is the Internet, I don't give a damn about what People say or think since Years.
I did in the past and that nearly killed me, so Kid is right.
And those Pictures are indeed hilarious.

Maybe there really is like 39 billion people living in China and we just don't know.
They all live underground in ancient tunnels and cities that are still being made today.
Besides, I saw the recent new Mummy movies. There were plenty of buried people that popped out of the ground. :stickattack2:

A local Beijing paper has revealed that some of the amazing fireworks in the Olympics opening show were digitally-crafted fakes, inserted into the live TV feed. The Beijing Times quotes the head of visual effects, who says that the 28 giant footprints that stomped through the air above the city, ending at the stadium, were advanced CGI. Though the pyrotechnics really were set off, the airborne camera view that the rest of the world watched was fake. Why go to these lengths? Apparently the Olympic committee decided that to follow the real trail of firework footprints was too dangerous for a helicopter camera. Instead a team spent almost a year crafting the fake segment, paying attention to even get the smog lighting effects correct.
A reliable source has confirmed that the footprints broadcasted were fake. Since the fireworks did exist, China deserves praise not criticism.
Real Footprints
Great job China for putting on one of the most spectacular Olympic openings eva.

China Olympic ceremony star mimed
Well, tbh, you gotta be a bit slow if you didn't realise it was mimed... Admittedly I presumed it was just prerecorded and not a different girl... but still >.>
