Might I ask why I can't help?

Accepting team members depends currently only on my decisions and my conclusions unless I say otherwise as the founder of this mod, just saying that.
Well, how do I make my conclusions then? A team can't consist only of beta testers and that's why I must consider possible potential between all applicants. For example, if there is an application from only a guy who is good in INI-coding there shouldn't be doubts if I agreed him/her into the team. Instead, 100 applications from potential beta testers, you should understand that I can't just agree all of you though it might not be pleasing for everyone. All depends on which area of expertise the mod needs the most in current situation. There have been many applications from potential beta testers but just few from potential model makers, INI coders to say nothing of visual artists (video editing, Website makers etc.). For example, this mod still lacks of INI coders since JJ_ is the only guy making the code.
I must say that I try not to be a block of making progress for SZ but rather I'll make considered decisions than heedless ones and fucking up the whole mod with full of inactive or careless guys. However, the previous clause doesn't mean that the applications we have got would be from this kind of guys but I hope you got my point anyway.

Well, here is the latest news:

AZZKIKR is selected to the place of concept artist of SZ. Don (Erik)'s application is under progress and I will decide what to do with it in this day. New members and Alias will have (unless you already have) the access in SZ forums very soon.

They already do. Try and see. :wink:

Yeah, I'm happy for the progress you make as a team but as I said, I just wanted to say that, anyway, since the schedule is quite tight, you know. You have done great progress in short timescale and I just want to make sure that it doesn't slow down significantly while I'm mostly away.
