Ground Zero Cancelled

Sgt. Rho's Photo Sgt. Rho 26 Sep 2008

Exactely. To make is think it's cancelled and then they can go "TA-DAH! GZ is here!"

This announcement is another one of those jokes, but unfortunately it's not yet April Fool's Day. And also it's another demoralizer for all of us, but in the end it will turn out to be a really bad joke. Am I right?

If its real, sooner or later, the community deserves to know what happened. I am not demanding that it happen now, I am demanding that it simply happens sooner or later. But nonetheless my point remains the community deserves to know.

The forum is like a city with 3601 members and it is being controlled by the staffers and admins, and the other members are like a citizen and which they have the rights (the Human Rights) to know what is happening to their city nevertheless the staffers and admins are hiding the truth behind the scenes of the cancellation of Ground Zero.

For a very good reason that has already been explained as far as we can.

The information is not being released for good reason. If they did release the information it would make the problem worse, better safe than sorry.

We've gotten an explonation, as good as the situation allows. I believe that when the problem is solved we will get a better one, to explain what happened. Where is everyones patience?

As much as I would like to know what GZ is, I am sure that those who don't know about it already, won't know for quite some time.

I feel that it has something to do with the recent events of the "truth" and such. Maybe it is a series of new admins/staffers being added, or to replace old ones. Maybe it is the entire community changing to support more games then Command and Conquer. Maybe it is the community shutting down. Either way, most of the options that I see, which aren't all named here, don't look too good.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html If you wish to refer to legal proceedings I recommend you choose a time when Wiz and I haven't met up to try and figure out solutions. ES is not a state, nor does it claim the powers or rights of a state. Now hopefully without further ridiculous comments, we might yet find a solution.

On the other hand, I would like to commend the maturity of members for removing GZ related material and the messages of good will, they are most appreciated.

Let's just chill and see what happens next, admins and mods are great or they won't be admins/mods.

To avoid controversy about GZ we should all sit back and wait for the problem to be fixed and then we could celebrate that momentous day when GZ is back. We shouldn't whine about it, I admit that my actions are indeed disturbing and I am sorry for that.

Not sure if this has been asked but out of curiosity will GZ's cancellation delay work on mods such as RotR and SW?

Eh, I never payed much attention to this anyway, and I never saw the video. If it happens, it will be a pleasant surprise. If it doesn't, same old same old.

Do you remember the good old days before the ghost town?

It shouldn't affect the PA, we're not 100% on this though.
