I said the first sig would be nice OR if you could make the seconfd sig darker, Then that would look even better......that`s just my opinion.

Not really, alot of the sketches are arty...

Why don't you blur everything but the nazi guy, and give him a cool glow...
Or apply a gradient overlay to the rest of the picture as well...
(These 2 techniques will make him stand out more...)
