[Overdose]

The stars that once displayed in a members profile ceased to exist. Most of you probably never used the feature but we decided their removal was in the forums' best interests. After months of complaints we could just no longer put up with it. This will also put a definitive end to the infamous 'Star Wars' which were the main reason of so many complaints. This will change your experience in the forums very little but we still wanted you to be informed of this decision.

'Star Wars'? You gotta be kidding me. How desperate does someone have to be to give a toss about stars, let alone 'punish' someone by reducing
their star rating? I would have expected this kind of immature reaction from Gametrailers users, but oh wow...Anyway, good call, I suppose. I never
realised that these stars would be such a problem but they were never that important either...

There were cases of people grouping together and/or making multiple accounts to lower the star rating of someone. It's in the past now, however.

Finally. Now no one has a reason to cry that one of their precious stars has "fallen" or use that fact against someone they think might have caused a star of theirs to fall.
