If you ever wondered why the Tau suck so much at close combat other than the fact they despise it, this should explain why:

Something just came up to my mind, that the emperor of humans is the most treacherous living being on materium ! every act of related to spilling blood just gives more and more power to Khorne, so what emperor done is just feeding ' his master ? ' ( ' Blood ' Ravens , ' Blood ' Angels )
Eldar is more likely the only ' good guys ' along with Tau.
We need a character which promotes the concept ' love ' to the universe of DOW to end all this war :)

I'm reading the "Horus Rising" novel now and I must agree, Abnett is a splendid writer.

Stupid spoilers. Now I know what happens to Garviel and Tarik. Ah well, reading Horus Rising is very interesting (to put it mildly) and I do enjoy the history of the Horus Heresy, its aftermath, and those times before the Heresy.
