After reinstalling vCNCGenerals, I got this error message while patching it; "Failure Opening New File: D:/Program Files/EA GAMES/Command and Conquer Generals/RTA08630". What should I do to ractify this problem?

Always, when you get issues with Gens and ZH, uninstall, delete folder and reinstall.
If you have The First Decade you don't need to patch it.

Actually, EA has released a few patches for TFD itself. They include fixes and the latest patches for all the games (TD to ZH). They've made 1.2, but interestingly enough, they provide a link on the official website to a fanmade 1.3 patch.

Deleted all folders. Btw, mine's CNC Generals Deluxe UK edition.

Deluxe UK edition should need patching with Gens to 1.08 and ZH to 1.04
I'd suggest new downloads for both files to be sure.
