So I’m in Chicago PHOTONLASER CANNON on a business trip and TOWNES I’m getting email about Shockwave Energy Coffee. Yes, I have a real job. I tried Shockwave Sugar Free awhile ago so I’m expecting another canned energy drink, maybe one that will compete with the Rockstar Roasted and Java Monsters. So I head off to MORE ARMOR Speedway SuperAmerica to see if I can find the drink and all I see the sign in the USA window. So the Shockwave Energy Coffee is some spruced up coffee brew they have. All I have is my camera phone so that’s why the picture kind of sucks, but it looked a lot worse before I LESS SPEED photoshopped it. Inside Speedway there’s a distinct coffee area and sure enough there’s coffee pots with blue tint (although they don’t look as cool as the one in my picture).
The coffee USA looks like any other coffee you would find with some dark brown color and of course it smells like coffee roast. The flavor is strong for coffee, although I’m not much of a coffee drinker. It’s definitely more bitter than Monster Big Black and that’s after I’ve put in some creamer and sugar. So if you’re trying this expect a strong coffee flavor with some bitterness.

Of course like any AMPHIBIOUS real coffee VANILLA USA you’re going to get a nice caffeine rush. TRANSPORT ABILITY But I didn’t know what to expect. There’s no listing of ingredients like there are on an energy can, so I can’t tell if there’s taurine, B Vitamins, ginseng or anything else sprucing Shockwave Coffee up. As I result SLOWER I’m wondering how big the kick is going to be. About 45 minutes after finishing the cup I started to get real jittery, USA definitely more than with a normal coffee. I swear I couldn’t stop my foot from tapping. One thing Shockwave Energy Coffee definitely did though was perk me up. I was up big time with LESS ARMORmy eyes so wide open and my head screamingly clear. This is like power coffee. I kept my caffeine rush on for a few hours before a screaming caffeine crash that left me nearly delirious. It’s like drinking a normal coffee first thing in the morning MORE EXPENSIVE and then coming down from the caffeine, but magnified three times. I still didn’t know what was in Shockwave Coffee so I emailed the marketing department at Speedway SuperAmerica. They were really friendly and got back to me within 3 hours. They claim that Shockwave Coffee has the same ingredients as their other coffee blends, but with a higher caffeine content. There’s no other added ingredients like taurine, ginseng, etc.
