I suspect ADSing turns to full accuracy instantly in battlefield. This would mean that if you kept doing this you would have both full visibility and full accuracy.

Meh, That's the normal "lapping" drinking method, the way cats drink is utterly insane though, something about them slapping the water with their tongue, then instantly catching the flying water in air.
