that was one of the best new parts of WaW (next to zombies of course)
they could just rip it from WaW, cause it looks like its built on the same engine

Also, yay, Soap returns. He didn't say anything at all, unfortunately. IMO it'd be more fun for Price to return. Which is inevitable.

I agree that Price is THE iconic character of the CoD franchise but he can stay dead in MW2 for all I care. It'd be a little ridiculous if he survived the showdown on the bridge, not to mention that this whole scene would lose a LOT of its cinematic impact if they just ret-con the whole event. They could actually pull off something emotional by having Soap visit Price's grave, Metal Gear Solid style. Although that might exceed the pathos-limit of a war game that isn't Medal of Honor...
Judging by the latest news, I'm rather sure that Soap will be the badass squad leader this time around. Makes me wonder what his face looks like.

Cookie fo' you.
Well judging by the way his character went in CoD2 he already survived some ridicilous shoot-outs.

In the snow mobile scene, the player is wielding a Glock of some kind:
Apparently, according to the new issue of Game Informer, there will be a FAMAS as well.

Apparently the Russians (?) in the scene with the Hinds are carrying AK-74Ms or AK-103s.

As for the SDVs, well, now I know. Interesting things - that's no ad-hoc raid for sure...
Though I would question their 'laser-guided missile gameplay' tag. There's no way that's a targeting scope of any kind (the lack of a reticle is somewhat convincing in this direction). I'm not sure what helicopter (or UAV or jet for that matter) has multiple quickly-mobile cameras and uses them simply for observation, though.

Got a problem with that?
Nobody complained about all the German weapons in CoD4 and the UMP is actually a H&K product too......and a French political party but I guess
that's another story. It's certainly nice to see that they _apparently_ listened to popular demands and added the AUG and a Glock of some sort.

Yeah, and let's assume that all users of H&K guns are German and all users of Colt weapons are American.

It has absurdly long magazine, unlike G36. And for people misunderstanding the point of my previous reply, I was referring in a sarcastic way, as I've never saw russians with these, or if they do have those, then it's quite an uncommon sight.

And about Chechen/Arab baddies using H&K and Steyr guns- they used a lot of G36s, Uzis, MP5s, M92Fs and P90s in CoD4 so I wouldn't think it strange for them to have non Russian guns in the sequel.
