I'm surprised I came that far in the first place . My character is extremely weak and has lost multople fights against level 1 and 2 brutes D; .

Also, one of my pupils somehow disappeared D:!

Well you beat me the first time, so your character can't be THAT weak.

If you ever get a hammer, for instance, you'll pwn everyone, since you have maximum speed. You got 3-4 attacks for my every one!

It was unbelievable luck I beat you, mostly owing to me dodging all your attacks even though I have low agility.

Also, a hammer wouldn't even do me that much good, since this is only one good weapon out of three in total (I also have a small sword and a baton). Same reasoning is applicable to characters who start out with a hammer: almost all other weapons you'll acquire are much less powerful so you don't even want your character to be able to grab that one instead of your hammer. Best is to have a hammer and a shuriken, giving a ratio of 100% good weapons, while still having a backup.

Hey, you got a dog as well! Did you get it from the beginning or did you pick it up somewhere along the way? Those direwolves are abslutely impossible to beat though - also, did you fight a grizzly bear yet?

Not really.

They hardly deal any damage and seem to be fairly avoidable by a decent character.

That has to be the weakest level 9 ever . Only weapons, and rather bad ones at that. One perk only, too, and no good stats!

I think they're even better than a hammer. They aren't as avoidable (hammers aren't that hard to dodge), don't allow your opponent to interrupt with a counterattack, do lots of damage, and almost always get in at least some damage, so that opponents can't last long on their last bit of health (like that match of deltaepsilon - that would've been impossible to pull off against a shuriken opponent).

I've beaten a grizzly. My character netted it, then pummelled the brute

Armour perk is worse than all of the OP things though. My hits for 20-30 became 1-3..

That net is good for pets, once a pet has been disabled it's essentially out for the whole match.

I've got a level 7, 6 and 5 respectively, once you get to level 6ish the fights become quite entertaining to watch. Some pretty crazy supers out there

Nah, not anymore. The servers are always waaay too busy, and I got absolute shite for bonuses or even nothing at all when I levelled so I gave up in the end.
