Desc:SovietTeslaReactor
Simply a giant Tesla ball suspended by two insulated supports, the Tesla generates electricity for the power-hungry needs of the base and keeps production lines streamlined.
Desc:SovietBarracks
A giant awe-inspiring Conscript statue on the barracks makes this a key structure of any Soviet base, for it trains all of the conscripted people into the feared Soviet infantry regiments. [s]known widely around the world for being cannon fodder.[/s]
Desc:SovietRefinery
The Refinery is the another key structure in any Soviet bases. Ore and jewels (remove if there aren't...? :P) are dumped here to be smelted, extracted and other methods to fund the Soviet war machine. If destroyed, the base will not receive any income. Desc:SovietNuclearReactor
A large, unwieldy structure with three coolant towers and a big pool of radiation in the middle, the Nuclear Reactor's power output far exceeds the Tesla Reactor's by several folds. One can power an entire base, several guarantee christmas tree bases. When destroyed, the Nuclear Reactor will go nuclear, destroying whatever near it and poisoning it's surroundings with deadly radiation.
Desc:SovietNuclearSilo
A large, tall and imposing structure, the Nuclear Missile Silo is the epitome of Soviet nuclear technology. Underground, a nuclear missile is loaded and fueled, all which takes ten minutes. When the nuclear missile hits...
Desc:SovietironCurtain
Essentially a big orb surrounded by a ring and equipment underneath the orb, the Iron Curtain is a indispensable structure, for it allows any structures and units within it's activation radius to become invulnerable to all forms of damage. Infantry however, will be killed by the Iron Curtain if used on.

Desc:SovietNavalYard
Here lies the heart of the Soviet Navy, the shipyards which constructs the mighty Soviet fleet ranging from hunter-killer Typhoon Attack Submarines to the deadly Dreadnoughts who can pound the shores and inland with two ballistic missiles. All naval vessels can repair themselves here, even Amphibious Transports.
//Defences ------------------------------
Desc:SovietWall

Propelling high explosive shells into the air to shoot down any hostile aircraft or ballistic missiles in the skies, the Flak Cannon will deny the enemy from entering Soviet airspace.
Desc:SovietBattleBunker

//Vehicles --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Desc:SovietWarMiner
The Soviet War Miner is a heavy truck, armed with a MG turret which spews AP ammo on infantry and tanks alike. When experienced enough, the gunner will switch to HE rounds which will decimate infantry and tanks even easier. The War Miner can carry twice the payload of it's Allied counterpart, the Chrono Miner. It will self-repair at all times.
Desc:SovietMCV
The MCV is the most critical component of any Commander looking to establish a base. Heavily armored, slow and cumbersome, the MCV will deploy into a Construction Yard where the start of all life in a Soviet base begins.
Desc:SovietRhinoTank
The Rhino Heavy Tank, the moderately slow but powerful MBT of the Soviets. Capable of engaging a Grizzly Tank head-on and emerge victorious, it has decent speed and firepower for it's size.
Desc:SovietApocTank
The Apocalypse has arrived...or rather, the mobile form of it. Armed with dual cannons firing atomic shells (Dunno their caliber, my bad. :P) and twin Mammoth Tusk Anti-Aircraft missile launchers, the Apocalypse is a slow, lumbering, super-heavy, extremely armored tank capable of winning engagements with anything on the ground one-on-one, and crushing most lesser things under it.
Desc:SovietFlakTrack
This half-track is an extremely speedy APC delivering five troops anywhere very quickly. Armed with a 360-degree traversing Flak turret, it can down enemy aerial units and infantry without problems, given it's high rate of fire.
Desc:SovietTeslaTank

Desc:SovietV3Launcher
A large, slow, overencumbered truck with a massive ballistic missile which is even bigger than the truck itself, the V3 launcher launches a V3 missile over extremely long distances, coming down on targets like a frying pan on an ant. However, it has no tracking systems and cannot hit moving targets, plus it is slow and can be shot down by AA-capable units.
Desc:SovietDemoTruck
The Demolition Truck is a truck. A truck loaded with a nuclear bomb. It's speed allows it to close in to targets and go off in a nuclear explosion which will most likely destroy it's target, in addition it will poison the area around it with radiation.
Desc:SovietTerrorDrone
A four-legged robot with massive speed and maneuverability and a bottom-mounted drill, the Terror Drone is the bane of all enemy infantry, vehicles and tanks. Infantry will die instantly while vehicles and tanks will be literally torn apart from the inside. Once the Terror Drone has infested a unit, it can only be neutralized via the Service Depot or a Repair IFV.
Desc:SovietSiegeChopper
A versatile gunship-artillery hybrid platform armed with an MG while flying, and a massive artillery cannon when deployed on the ground. It takes time to switch between either mode, but is fast on the move.
Desc:SovietKirovAirship

Desc:SovietGiantSquid
A giant, mind-controlled Squid capable of grappling enemy vessels to prevent them from moving or turning. Dolphins and their enhanced sonic weaponry will cause the Squid to immediately release it's grip on enemy ships. They will use their tentacles to [s]rape[/s] smack hostile targets that are small enough.
Desc:SovietDrednaught (Should be Desc: SovietDreadnaught)
The Dreadnought is the most powerful vessel the Soviet navy possesses, a thick layer of armor, decent speed and armed with two ballistic missile launchers, it will ensure the nothing will stay alive for long. However the missiles can be intercepted and it has a very slow turn rate given the size of the ship. It also has nothing else to defend itself with.
//Infantry --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Desc:SovietConscript
The basic soldier of the Soviet infantry, fresh out of the Barracks after watching videos of how to shoot, given a weapon and plopped into the battlefield. The motherland has no shortage of eager volunteers to join, hence their cheap training costs.
Desc:SovietEngineer
The Engineer can capture most structures to turn them over to the Commander's benefit. They are slow and unarmed, though.
Desc:SovietFlakTrooper
The Flak Trooper is armed with a portable Flak cannon capable of shooting down aerial targets and smoking infantry easily, although it's heavy and not effective against tanks.
Desc:SovietTeslaTrooper
A soldier in a Tesla suit with rubber shoes and a Tesla cannon built into the right arm, they are slow but deadly to infantry and tanks. They can charge up Tesla Coils.

Desc:SovietDesolator
The Desolator is a walking radiation cannon capable of poisoning large areas with radiation, denying passage to all but the strongest units and aircraft. When mobile, their radcannon will practically melt infantry instantly and damage military hardware, when deployed the radcannons will pump radiation through a very large area. Robot Tanks, Terror Drones, Structures and Base defences are invulnerable to the Desolator's radcannon.
Desc:SovietBoris
Boris is the Soviet commando, capable of mowing down entire armies by himself and call in MiG airstrikes on fortifications, however his equipment prevents him from swimming compared to his counterpart. Who needs to swim when they're walking death?
Desc:SovietCosmonaut
Eager Conscipts strapped into spacesuits who know nothing of something called "gravity" and armed with primitive lasers, they are capable of quickly swarming over enemy bases...on the Moon. And in space.
Ayayayaya...it took quite a while, ze. I think I've overused some words here, maybe others can supplement the entries.
Edit: Added some notes and corrected a typo.
