Desc:AlliedPatriot
Armed with a Missile Turret with dual launchers for purely Anti-Air defence, also fires at enemy Paratroopers.

Desc:AlliedWeatherControl
The Allied Superweapon, an advanced weather control device, causing severe lightning storms to strike the area designated.

Desc:AlliedSatelliteUplink
This structure uplinks with Allied Spy Satellites in space, revealing the entire battlefield.

Desc:AlliedBattleFortress
A large, lumbering wall of armor armed with a light machinegun, and five fireports for infantry to fire out of. Uncrushable, can crush all enemy units and walls.

Desc:AlliedTankDestroyer
The German-exclusive Tank Destroyer, capable of reducing all armored opposition to nothing, however is weak against infantry and structures.

Desc:AlliedNighthawk
The Allied means of transporting infantry around the map, all the while being invisible to radar. Armed with a light machinegun.

Desc:AlliedDestroyer
The mainstay of the Allied Fleet, armed with a fixed deck gun, sonar and an Osprey for Anti-Submarine Warfare.

Desc:AlliedSniper
British-exclusive, the Sniper can easily pick off enemy infantry at very long range.

Desc:AlliedGuardianGIInfantry
The brother of the GI, as hard as rock, uncrushable when deployed in their barricades, armed with a dual-purpose AT and AA launcher.

Desc:AlliedNavySEAL
Elite soldiers that can pick off infantry faster than most Anti-Infantry weapons, can swim, and also armed with C4s to deal with enemy structures.

Desc:AlliedChronoLegonaire
A soldier clad in an experimental suit that allows them to chrono anywhere in the battlefield, vulnerable while phasing in, but can literally wipe any unit or structure from existence.

This should be more suitable.

Desc:AlliedSpy
Equipped with an experimental minuscule camoscanner derived from the Mirage Tank, the Allied Spy can disguise himself as any enemy infantry unit. Dogs (...?) cannot be fooled. He can infiltrate enemy structures and the effects depend on what type of structure is infiltrated.

Desc:AlliedRocketeer
Brave soldiers who strap themselves to jumpjets and fear only enemy flak, armed with a heavy burst cannon (In RA2 the weapon's fx is that of bullet fire...so I'm not too sure) that can easily shoot enemy aircraft out of the sky, yet is capable of easily gunning down enemy infantry, tanks, structures and ships.

Desc:AlliedBlackEagle
The Koreans choose not to utilize our Harriers, and we can understand why. Their own brand of fighters, the Black Eagle, outdoes our Harriers in every way possible, be it firepower, speed or survivability, yet they seem to cost the same as with our Harriers. Black Eagle pilots are specially trained since the Black Eagle is very much different from our Harriers be it specifications, weapons arming, HUD or such, effectively preventing it from being made a mainstay fighter of the Allies.

Ahaha, couldn't think one up properly...:D

That seems a bit too long IMO.

Desc:AlliedBlackEagle
The Republic of Korea's mainstay fighter aircraft outdoes the Harrier in nearly every aspect. It is a fast and maneuverable fighter aircraft that launches its Maverick Mk II missile to destroy enemy vehicles and structures.

Desc: AlliedGrandCannon
The French Grand Cannon is a massive base defence, and true to it's name, it is grand. Firing a massive shell of a massive caliber, an equally massive explosion and massive range, it is the bane of all enemy ground formations and buildings, if in range.

Speaking of which, will you make it like in RA2 with different subfactions (ie french Grand cannon, German Tank Destroyer, Libiyan Desolator, etc...) or will you simply add these units to the main factions?

Either way would be fine, I just wanted to ask
What if...girls weren't picky?

Desc: AlliedGapGenerator

After the success of the Philadelphia Experiment which resulted in the Gap Generator and Chronosphere, the former was extremely successful in shrouding a base's complement and deny enemy information about the base and it's defenses, the top brass wanted a mobile version of the Gap Generator to shroud friendly forces on the move, concealing their true numbers or as a decoy for enemy forces. The Gap Generator was downscaled and the shroud generated is significantly smaller, but requires no additional power from the base itself.

I cut out the part about the mobile gap gen, RA2 doesn't have a mobile gap gen.
But I might use it in Rise to Power is a add a mobile one to that.

//Buildings --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Desc:SovietConstructionYard
The Construction Yard is the heart and soul of every Soviet base. It's required to build, expand and tech up so keep it alive, but it's already plenty armored by itself.

Desc:SovietTeslaReactor
Simply a giant Tesla ball suspended by two insulated supports, the Tesla generates electricity for the power-hungry needs of the base and keeps production lines streamlined.

Desc:SovietBarracks
A giant awe-inspiring Conscript statue on the barracks makes this a key structure of any Soviet base, for it trains all of the conscripted people into the feared Soviet infantry regiments. [s]known widely around the world for being cannon fodder.[/s]

Desc:SovietRefinery
The Refinery is the another key structure in any Soviet bases. Ore and jewels (remove if there aren't...? :P) are dumped here to be smelted, extracted and other methods to fund the Soviet war machine. If destroyed, the base will not receive any income. Multiple refineries increases the rate of money gained. A War Miner is provided for free every time a Refinery is constructed.

Desc:SovietWarFactory
The heart of the Soviet war machine, the War Factory creates the steamrolling tank battalions that all fear, from the devious Terror Drone to the super-heavy Apocalypse Tank, in addition to the slow but deadly Kirov Airship and the gunship-artillery hybrid, the Siege Chopper.

Desc:SovietServiceDepot
There are times when even Apocalypse tanks have to be repaired, and this is the purpose of the Service Depot. It repairs all vehicles and removes Terror Drone infestations.

Desc:SovietBattleLab
At the top of the technology tree lies the Battle Lab, where all the most ingenious and classified Soviet projects and blueprints reside, allowing a Commander to unleash the fury of the entire Soviet war machine on their enemies.

Desc:SovietRadarTower
The Radar Tower provides radar coverage to Commanders, as well as unlocking their minimap. The Radar Tower also coordinates Spy Plane runs.

Desc:SovietNuclearReactor
A large, unwieldy structure with three coolant towers and a big pool of radiation in the middle, the Nuclear Reactor's power output far exceeds the Tesla Reactor's by several folds. One can power an entire base, several guarantee christmas tree bases. When destroyed, the Nuclear Reactor will go nuclear, destroying whatever near it and poisoning it's surroundings with deadly radiation.

Desc:SovietNuclearSilo
A large, tall and imposing structure, the Nuclear Missile Silo is the epitome of Soviet nuclear technology. Underground, a nuclear missile is loaded and fueled, all which takes ten minutes. When the nuclear missile hits...

Desc:SovietironCurtain
Essentially a big orb surrounded by a ring and equipment underneath the orb, the Iron Curtain is a indispensable structure, for it allows any structures and units within it's activation radius to become invulnerable to all forms of damage. Infantry however, will be killed by the Iron Curtain if used on.

Desc:SovietIndustrialPlant
The Industrial Plant is the symbol of the Soviet economy. With efficient, new and improved production methods, the Industrial Plant will cut down the costs of the Soviet vehicles, tanks, aircraft and ships, saving money to allow the Commander to construct even more forces.

Desc:SovietNavalYard
Here lies the heart of the Soviet Navy, the shipyards which constructs the mighty Soviet fleet ranging from hunter-killer Typhoon Attack Submarines to the deadly Dreadnoughts who can pound the shores and inland with two ballistic missiles. All naval vessels can repair themselves here, even Amphibious Transports.

//Defences ------------------------------

Desc:SovietWall
The Fortress Wall (Yes it's called this :P) is a cheap but effective method to keep out spies, and indeed, enemy forces. Concrete blocks reinforced with spikes and barbed wire, all units are impeded by it and have to clear it before being able to proceed.

Desc:SovietSentryGun
The Sentry Gun is a simple but effective defence structure, armed with dual machineguns best suited to dealing with infantry and vehicles.

Desc:SovietTeslaCoil
Standing tall and proud, the Tesla Coil zaps all enemies that come near it into ashes, however it cannot fire upon aircraft and has a slow rate of fire. It can be boosted by Tesla Troopers charging it.

Desc:SovietFlakCannon
Propelling high explosive shells into the air to shoot down any hostile aircraft or ballistic missiles in the skies, the Flak Cannon will deny the enemy from entering Soviet airspace.

Desc:SovietBattleBunker
The Battle Bunker is a simple concrete box with five (It's six-sided, though.) fireports for infantry to fire out once garrisoned. Effective in guarding against enemy units and in chokepoints.

//Vehicles --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Desc:SovietWarMiner
The Soviet War Miner is a heavy truck, armed with a MG turret which spews AP ammo on infantry and tanks alike. When experienced enough, the gunner will switch to HE rounds which will decimate infantry and tanks even easier. The War Miner can carry twice the payload of it's Allied counterpart, the Chrono Miner. It will self-repair at all times.

Desc:SovietMCV
The MCV is the most critical component of any Commander looking to establish a base. Heavily armored, slow and cumbersome, the MCV will deploy into a Construction Yard where the start of all life in a Soviet base begins.

Desc:SovietRhinoTank
The Rhino Heavy Tank, the moderately slow but powerful MBT of the Soviets. Capable of engaging a Grizzly Tank head-on and emerge victorious, it has decent speed and firepower for it's size.

Desc:SovietApocTank
The Apocalypse has arrived...or rather, the mobile form of it. Armed with dual cannons firing atomic shells (Dunno their caliber, my bad. :P) and twin Mammoth Tusk Anti-Aircraft missile launchers, the Apocalypse is a slow, lumbering, super-heavy, extremely armored tank capable of winning engagements with anything on the ground one-on-one, and crushing most lesser things under it.

Desc:SovietFlakTrack
This half-track is an extremely speedy APC delivering five troops anywhere very quickly. Armed with a 360-degree traversing Flak turret, it can down enemy aerial units and infantry without problems, given it's high rate of fire.

Desc:SovietTeslaTank
Tesla Coils are dangerous. Even more so when two of them are mounted on a tank. The Tesla bolts are capable of arcing over walls to hit enemies taking cover behind it, instantly frying any enemy infantry and destroy tanks with ease.

Desc:SovietV3Launcher
A large, slow, overencumbered truck with a massive ballistic missile which is even bigger than the truck itself, the V3 launcher launches a V3 missile over extremely long distances, coming down on targets like a frying pan on an ant. However, it has no tracking systems and cannot hit moving targets, plus it is slow and can be shot down by AA-capable units.

Desc:SovietDemoTruck
The Demolition Truck is a truck. A truck loaded with a nuclear bomb. It's speed allows it to close in to targets and go off in a nuclear explosion which will most likely destroy it's target, in addition it will poison the area around it with radiation.

Desc:SovietTerrorDrone
A four-legged robot with massive speed and maneuverability and a bottom-mounted drill, the Terror Drone is the bane of all enemy infantry, vehicles and tanks. Infantry will die instantly while vehicles and tanks will be literally torn apart from the inside. Once the Terror Drone has infested a unit, it can only be neutralized via the Service Depot or a Repair IFV.

Desc:SovietSiegeChopper
A versatile gunship-artillery hybrid platform armed with an MG while flying, and a massive artillery cannon when deployed on the ground. It takes time to switch between either mode, but is fast on the move.

Desc:SovietKirovAirship
The Kirov Airship, a massive zeppelin with tank-grade armor yet is still "lighter-than-air", this lumbering behemoth carries untold numbers of bombs, all ready to be dropped on anything unfortunate to be under it.

//Navy --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Desc:SovietTransport
The Soviet Amphibious Transport is a hovercraft, capable of carrying 20 men at once or varied amounts of other units, it can traverse land and see with equal ease and drop off troops in unexpected locations.

Desc:SovietSeaScorpian (Should be Desc: SovietSeaScorpion)
The Sea Scorpion (You made a typo, ze.) is a fast boat armed with a fixed Flak cannon which can down enemy aircraft, ballistic missiles and infantry with ease. It possesses very high speed and turning rate to screen for enemies before the heavy-hitters arrive.

Desc:SovietGiantSquid
A giant, mind-controlled Squid capable of grappling enemy vessels to prevent them from moving or turning. Dolphins and their enhanced sonic weaponry will cause the Squid to immediately release it's grip on enemy ships. They will use their tentacles to [s]rape[/s] smack hostile targets that are small enough.

Desc:SovietDrednaught (Should be Desc: SovietDreadnaught)
The Dreadnought is the most powerful vessel the Soviet navy possesses, a thick layer of armor, decent speed and armed with two ballistic missile launchers, it will ensure the nothing will stay alive for long. However the missiles can be intercepted and it has a very slow turn rate given the size of the ship. It also has nothing else to defend itself with.

//Infantry --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Desc:SovietConscript
The basic soldier of the Soviet infantry, fresh out of the Barracks after watching videos of how to shoot, given a weapon and plopped into the battlefield. The motherland has no shortage of eager volunteers to join, hence their cheap training costs.

Desc:SovietEngineer
The Engineer can capture most structures to turn them over to the Commander's benefit. They are slow and unarmed, though.

Desc:SovietFlakTrooper
The Flak Trooper is armed with a portable Flak cannon capable of shooting down aerial targets and smoking infantry easily, although it's heavy and not effective against tanks.

Desc:SovietTeslaTrooper
A soldier in a Tesla suit with rubber shoes and a Tesla cannon built into the right arm, they are slow but deadly to infantry and tanks. They can charge up Tesla Coils.

Desc:SovietAttackDog
The Attack Dogs are Huskies trained to sniff out spies and detect hidden units, capable of killing any infantry with a single lunge but are useless against non-infantry targets.

Desc:SovietTerrorist
The Terrorist is strapped with mini-nuclear explosives and has a lot of stamina, allowing them to run at their targets with high speed and explode in a nuclear blaze at point blank.

Desc:SovietCrazyIvan
Crazy Ivans are demolition specialists, capable of attaching sticks of dynamite to practically anything, be it friendly, neutral or hostile units. When the timer stops ticking, Ivan will stop complaining it's too quiet as the dynamite goes off.

Desc:SovietDesolator
The Desolator is a walking radiation cannon capable of poisoning large areas with radiation, denying passage to all but the strongest units and aircraft. When mobile, their radcannon will practically melt infantry instantly and damage military hardware, when deployed the radcannons will pump radiation through a very large area. Robot Tanks, Terror Drones, Structures and Base defences are invulnerable to the Desolator's radcannon.

Desc:SovietBoris
Boris is the Soviet commando, capable of mowing down entire armies by himself and call in MiG airstrikes on fortifications, however his equipment prevents him from swimming compared to his counterpart. Who needs to swim when they're walking death?

Desc:SovietCosmonaut
Eager Conscipts strapped into spacesuits who know nothing of something called "gravity" and armed with primitive lasers, they are capable of quickly swarming over enemy bases...on the Moon. And in space.

Ayayayaya...it took quite a while, ze. I think I've overused some words here, maybe others can supplement the entries. 8|

Edit: Added some notes and corrected a typo.
