Well since my computer began popping out Firefox with a Google search link in it, and stuff just seem to be getting slow, I decided to do a cleanup. I used HijackThis, but am not sure what to delete, and I don't want to risk tampering with vital process, so here's the log.

Should speed you up a bit.

Also run msocnfig.exe and remove any programs you don't use from the startup list (It can be done in hijackthis but you can also break your computer in hijackthis)

Hmm, a link to http://www.google.com/cse?cx=partner-pub-7...y&sa=Buscar still opens every now and then.

Also, maybe related, maybe not, something installed a plugin called "XUL Cache" or something like that onto my Firefox before I scanned.

My CPU is also making some weird clicking noises.

Clean your fan. A CPU has no moving parts so how would it click?

Actually, it's just cleaned not too long ago. The click only happens when the virus/adware/whatever launches my Firefox with that link.

The link still opens, and XUL Cache reappeared.

I'd get back your stuff up and reformat. Nothing speeds a computer up like reformatting, simply deleting stuff will never cut it. To maintain preformance, one generally wants to reformat every 6 months. Just an FYI.

Enter recovery console using your Windows XP CD and delete these. Then restart and see if they return in Task Manager.

Alright, I can't access Documents and Settings. It says access denied. Same when I tried to delete win7service.exe and nqtflyrxom.exe.

EDIT: win7service.exe doesn't seem to appear on the task manager anymore, so is ousmhat.exe. I squahed nqtflyrxom.exe with HijackThis apparently but blivpnce.dll keeps reappearing. Here's another newer log.

EDIT2: And it just opened that site again, with that click sound. The click sounds is closer to, say the sound of a switch or a fuse maybe.

Alright, I can't access Documents and Settings. It says access denied. Same when I tried to delete win7service.exe and nqtflyrxom.exe.

Yeah trojans do that and it's generally not a good sign.

Do what I said, insert your XP CD and boot from the XP CD. It'll give you the option to go to recovery console. From there you can delete any these files without anything stopping you.

You'll probably want to do this beforehand so you can actually do anything there:

The procedure described above works by changing an entry in the Registry. If you are familiar with Registry editing, direct editing is another route and it has the advantage of being available to those with the Home Edition of Windows XP. Open regedit and find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Setup\RecoveryConsole\. In the right pane, this key will have an entry "SetCommand". Put a value of 1. This is shown in the figure below. Be sure to back up the Registry before doing any editing.
[...]
The capacities of the Recovery Console can be expanded with four "set" commands. The first allows access to all files and folders on the main system. In the Recovery Console prompt enter
set AllowAllPaths = true

Notify me if you want all this told a bit slower.

I have deleted those two files before you posted through the GUI by tweaking the folder options so I can see them. So right now I'm on my laptop doing some school work. I'll see how much I can achieve tomorrow. However, it is not gone, as processes unknown to me still appear on the task manager quite often. There is these processes that are just named *insert three numbers*.exe.

Also, it apparently blocks my internet connection on my main PC.
