Maybe as an upgrade for Tao you could buy lead underwear for his infantry. They would make his infantry more resisant to radiation but decrease their speed. And it would make their buts look big.

sounds good to me. o and maybe shoot the isotope stability outta here, and replace it by lead underwear (infants invincible VS radiation, vehicles by a bit) lead armor plating (tanks and aircraft invincible VS radiation) and yea airplanes yes. because they are on the ground to. sometimes.
