This idea is very simple, just make a pacman unit which looks like a cookie! The only thing you need to do is give him a 'waka waka waka' and he has a weapon!
AMD Athlon x64 X2 6000+ 3.1GHz
ATI radeon HD 4850 (1024 mb DirectX 10.1)
4 GB RAM ddr2
Windows 7 64 bit (build 7600)
500 watts power supply

Thanks for the link. Strange I couldn't find it... And I used different terms like Pac Man and Pac. Could it be that my browser screws this search? Well, never mind.
