i told you all, but you wouldnt believe me, they should have taken it out...

Yes but knowing which combination of perks is better will obviously rise the chance of your kills and lower the chance of your deaths |8 And using perks unlocks their + ( pro ) versions which makes them much more useful, Steady Aim perk is a must have since you may not have time to aim down to sight, with this perk its a lot easier to kill with hip fire |8
Oh and your K/D ratio depends on who you are playing againist, sometimes I get like over 20 kills and a few deaths but sometimes I just get a few kills and lots of death, there is friggin 70lv people around and I started to see them a few days after release of the game, wtf ? :D

I have always advocated against stopping power being put in the game, but tbh it's less necessary this time around. The other red perks are all a lot stronger now and some weapons were made in such a way that stopping power will hardly affect them at all (does not decrease the amount of shots needed to kill someone up close, far away or both).

That said I am still very impressed with the MP. Although IWNet is totally useless at balancing a team. Last night I found myself on a team with an average ranking of about 16 vs a team with an average ranking of PWN (55 or so). Now I know that isn't a true determination of actual skill, just time spent playing, but c'mon. Someone 30+ is going to be better than me with my little rank 11.

That said I've still thoroughly enjoyed playing every game, win, lose or draw (and yeah, we did win a few and actually drew one :D )

Thats right, I personally didn't see any rage-quits, which happens almost in everygame at L4D |8

I've met a few aimbotters but they seem to be avoiding the servers I end up on. The only thing that is annoying me is that the last few days it's been sometimes very hard to find a game. It might search 5-10 minutes for a game and end up with nothing.

Yeah, I have a feeling this gets worse every day.

It's also f*ing annoying if someone leaves and no one joins. Since you can't switch teams, you have a 6vs2 after some time.

Also I am using Lightweight very often and I don't really miss Stopping Power.

I like hardline personally :D hardline pro especially and cold-blooded pro |8

Also, SPAS-12 is amazing. If you haven't tried it, do so. Especially when you are inside some close quarters.

It has very tight spread, excellent damage and better range than any CoD 4 shotgun, as well as a huge ammo capacity of 8 shells so it's quite powerful indeed. I've noticed a distinct lack of necessity or will to switch away from my primary weapon, though.

Haven't used them in MP yet, but their SP counterparts are wasteful.

I like the striker more than the spas (being an avid user of both, i have 100+ kills on the spas), but the striker just has a bit larger spread, but its rate of fire is 10 times quicker

I should have that one unlocked soon but the AA12 uses a magazine instead of segmented reloading, and in SP it fires REALLY quickly, almost twice as quick as its real-life counterpart I reckon.

I'ts about that fast in MP also :D it's a real life saver sometimes when you are in close or not so close quaters. You just need to be carefull, it only has two magazines and they empty really fast.

I just tried it and it actually seems to fire a lot slower than in SP: about the same as its RL counterpart. It comes with 8-shell mags and has somewhat wide spread and medium range. It's brutal. Apart from the range cutoff its only disadvantage is that it has really low standard ammo (16 in total - one extra mag).

Its great if you are going to use it in headquarters to cover enterances. With the said stats, it makes quick work of anyone (especially if Stopping Power is used). That and the rate of fire is quite nice.

Especially when I'm using Scavanger (No run out of ammo) or Faster Reloading (No need to switch, reloading is faster) there is almost no need at all for a secondary weapon. Therefore I mostly use the stinger as secondary. It's a one-shot-kill against Harriers, and normal Choppers, 1-2 Shot against Apache, Pave Low and 2-3 against AC-130

Ha ha oh wow.
Just been playing some 3rd-person capture the flag.
Dual MP5-K's, Marathon, lightweight, and steady aim is insane, You can run from your flag, under the map on highrise to the enemy flag, grab it, and run back the way you came in like, a minute. I did this the whole time and didn't get shot at once (except for some lucky bastard that tapped me when I was just a few feet from scoring.) :)

also, just noticed the m16 is actually the exact same overpowered kind of bullshit as in mw1. bah.
it's time to wake up

Have to say I am loving Scavenger, actually more of a life saver than other perks. And certainly better value than the death streak ones.

M16 is more useful than sniper rifles since they are effective at both long range and short range quick-kill :D

It's an extremely useful perk indeed.

It spawns blue bags next to dead bodies which ALWAYS refill ammo and equipment, regardless of what the enemies actually had. I already came up with a substitute Chyrorist / grenadier attack with it which turned out to work very well :D . It doesn't involve me exploding in your face right when you turn around the corner as much as previously, though :) .

As true as it is, this is no chance from the previous version.

I'm loving the Famas <3
Currently my favourite assault rifle, but I'll have unlocked all attachments soon, so I must move on D:

I'm also a fan of scavenger - really useful if you aspire to aquire long kill streaks, which I often do (not to toot my own horn), so it becomes really useful. I especially enjoy throwing random semtex bomb so I can pick another up :loel:
Also very useful with the AA shotgun.

I'm also a fan of using the throwing knives. So. Much. Fun. And so very satisfying when you get a kill with them. Though I'm finding it annoyingly hard to aim with them in hardcore mode D:

There are a few things I've come to hate it though. Most people in MW2 are using varied weapons - which I enjoy seeing, as it promotes balance (though I've got serious doubts about this game having balance) but a lot of players are also using some weapons which seem to 1-shot kill (FAL *cough*), though this is likely with stopping power.
I'm also finding the match-making system to be somewhat lacking, as I often find myself with a team of lower levelled people against level 50+ players, which just screams lack of perfection. This may be console I'm talking about, but the first MW's MM system was also pathetic. I was expecting a goddamned improvement.

But overall, I'd say it's alright. I wouldn't buy it myself (which I didn't), but I also wouldn't disencourage others to not buy it.
You almost did, didn't you?
