Bioshock 2 is available on steam, 10% discount although it reduces the price from 39.99 to 26.99 - strange. On top of that you also get a free copy of bioshock, so you can either gift it, or you can get Bioshock 1&2 in the same package.

Australian Steam users like myself are fortunate enough to get the ridiculously inflated price of $79.99 USD (discounted by 10% to $71.99).

The way around that is to get a US friend to buy it, and gift it to you. Or, even better. Get a US 4 pack with 3 others, its £20 per game then, so probably somewhat similar in USD.
