A big TF2 update is coming soon and people have now found some hidden sounds in the recent small update!



Could it be a 2v2?
Could it be a Xmas friends update?

What ever is, I'm looking forward to it

But the guy who wrote that "Heavy Claus" poem doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're"...

ALSO, almost two minutes of listening to PMS lady makes my ears hurt... and why is the scout in that picture holding an SMG?

As brought up in a conversation, I wouldn't mind a Christmas themed map (like what was for Halloween), and/or Christmas hats (for everyone! /GLA mob).

I've heard some of the new announcer voices on one of the many ATG servers, IIRC. First time I heard it I wasn't quite sure if it was new or not. Then I heard it again, and I have to say, I like them.

I think Valve will just make it an engineer update to confuse everyone but a Solider and Demo could be good.

Tbh all i care about is a change to the Fan, i really hope they fix it in the next update.

I would love a christmas map and a Santa hat! And a new game mode wouldn't be wrong either, though how many are there now? 10? 15?

Capture The Flag, King of the Hill, Payload, Control Point, Arena, Territorially Control.
We're still far from 15 game modes

Also I'd be happy with just a Santa hat + beard for the heavy and a special hohoho! voice for him

I've heard that there might be an Engineer update in the mix anyway. Something about a new wrench or what have you. Personally I'd be happier with something for Soldier or Demo, as I use both classes more than Engineer.

They also had a new set of gloves for the Heavy and some suits for the spy. They don't want to do an Engineer update on its own because it might end up being a turtle fight.

If the new Engineer unlocks are buildings it could add some nice variety to the class.

If one of the suits for the Spy makes him look like 007, my "respect" for the class would go up (albeit just a little ).

I would agree to the buildings for the Engineer, but what kind of buildings are you thinking of? Something like a radar or stealth detection apparatus? The higher the level, the more area it detects?

Fair point. Would be funny if they ended up turning the Engineer into an evil genius.

Me and Laemon had a discussion today about possible weapons for the Demoman. And I thought of something!
Demoman is very weak against Pyro for example. A possible weapon to fight off Pyros can be...

To slow the Pyro down! Maybe it is a bit OP but that would be an awesome thing to have as a Demo.
Pretty sure that will not be the update, but what do you think about the idea? :o
