It depends on how classic you want your vampires/werewolves to be. I would suggest they have minimal ranged weapons.
I can't remember much of the current data and don't have time to look it up.
Vampire
Rapier, sharp sword, fast to move not high damage (higher than a dagger) - actually would work quite like the crowbar without the destructive capabilities of the crowbar
...
Werewolf
Pounce, essentially a charge attack, knocks back the opponent for high damage, hard to get right and requires a charge up (think Left 4 Dead hunter)
...
Doesn't matter if classic or not, but not modern.
Yes, there is a chance of rapier being seen in RTC, but not in version 1 I think...
That would be nice addition to claws attack to all werewolf classes.

Humans:
This thing would be lovely, it's a classic old shotgun, but it's interesting because it's not a traditional dual-barrel shotgun - the barrels are over each other rather than side-by-side. Make it a little more old fashioned, and it'd be great.
Very interesting, but RTC has already double barrel and pump-action shotguns.

^AJ's idea is top notch, that would look beautiful
Werewolf - Some sort of elaborate old style pistol with a one shot but high damage output
Summink like this:
Something like that pistol would better fit vampires.

Humans: Winchester. A single sort of shotgun that shots 1 bullet per time, and when using the aiming scope it does more damage.
Vampires: Like someone already said, all kind of short range weapons and not very heavy, for example... Not an axe... Like, daggs, short swords, and all that sort of weapons.
...
There might be some longer range rifle, but at version 2 of RTC.
Indeed, light-medium size/weight weapons for vampires and heavy ones for werewolves.
