Helicopter rotor blades problem

Hello.
I need help with helicopter blades.
I added nighthawk into game but helicopter blades looks wrong.
I used rotor texture from Generals.
How to make normal looking rotors in RA3?

It have alpha layer like in Generals.
What i need to do with it?

Maybe it's the size of the image, it's sooo small.

You're using the wrong shader material/setting. I remember in Generals, the rotor would look like that if I set the material to use alpha test instead of alpha blend. So make sure you got the right one.

Ok.
I do some research on sample model of cryocopter.
Now i know that RA3 rotors uses muzzleflash.fx shader. But blades meshes are not animated. They use something to make this texture animated. I don't know how to make this
