As I am working on a "C&C3 : Tiberian Incursion" remake on Zero Hour, I would like to use some models from "C&C3 : Tiberian War", but all the W3X importer that I have found do not work or aren't loaded by RenX.
Does somebody know how to import these W3X models?

I don't think it is possible to import w3x models from C&C 3 to Renx or any program, the system is set so people cannot access the texture or model files. Probably the best way to get the models is to recreate them yourself by taking a picture of it and trying your best to model that at low poly for Zero Hour.

*points at Bibber's asset extractor*

And then you import those .w3xes into 3ds max. Doesn't work with anims.

Use Bibber's tools to extract the models (not possible to extract annims at the moment)
Use w3x importer in 3ds max 7
Export using the w3d exporter
Import the w3d into RenX
Done.

Thank you.

It's totally possible to extract animations, but it isn't guaranteed to always work.

extracting isn't the problem. Importing and re-exporting however, is quite a problem, because it doesn't work as far as I know.

Ah, I thought you meant just extracting the animations. I've not had a problem with w3x to w3x exporting animations, but to w3d might be another story.

It depend of the model I think...
Probably infantry loose her annimation, but, I can't imagin a tank loosing his turret pivot center...

I can, because it's handled the same way as infantry animations, in CnC3.
