Well, looks like all that stuff about those different killstreak types was legit after all.
The types yes, but not the hardpoints themselves. As I suspected for example UAV is still 3, not 4, which is one of the things that tipped me off on it. Names on the perks seem legit but I'm still convinced they don't all do what that list says because that still wouldn't make sense in some cases.

Very little time for analysis as I'm at work but here we go:

-gametype: "Kill Confirm3d"
-secondary is a grenade launcher
-integrated clan support
-still autonomous air support it seems
-dogtag thing that seems to be stolen from BF
-proficiency along with perks
-bouncing better equipment (probably duckable claymore)
-marathon is Ex Con and a first-tier perk
-turrets actually CAN be stunned now
-ACR 6.8 is a base name
-portable radar equipment
-equipment trophy system (dogtag perk?)
-hybrid scope
-variable zoom scope
-extra perk hardpoints
-SVD back!

Oh WOW the hate in the comments :xD:

The dog tag thing is taken from Crysis 2, where you needed to pick those up to get killstreak points (at least Im guessing so from this trailer)

Graphics look terrible, really starting to show their age.

This video was taken down as well, apparently...
Makes you wonder why Activision even still tries :xD:

Prepurchase MW3, get MW for free.

Activision giving away FREE GAMES? Judgment day is upon us, head for the hills!

The first seal has been broken! Garm has howled! The three huge earthquakes have come! Kali has arrived! ACTIVISION HAS GIVEN SOMETHING OUT FOR FREE!

Anyway, how come those videos keep getting taken down? Due to dislikes or is it a leaked video?

As long as the dark foundation of our nature, grim in its all-encompassing egoism, mad in its drive to make that egoism into reality, to devour everything and to define everything by itself, as long as that foundation is visible, as long as this truly original sin exists within us, we have no business here and there is no logical answer to our existence.
Imagine a group of people who are all blind, deaf and slightly demented and suddenly someone in the crowd asks, "What are we to do?"... The only possible answer is, "Look for a cure". Until you are cured, there is nothing you can do.
And since you don't believe you are sick, there can be no cure.

They are giving a good game free with an inferior one (that they are robbing you blind for in the first place)

I suspect it's a raw version that got leaked before they could edit it. The vid almost emphasises bad visuals and I think they would otherwise have glossed over that (something IW is quite good at).

So far a few things seem rather whimsical but then again we haven't really seen the new mechanics in action, just their names. It looks interesting in quite a few ways though. But I'm pretty sure the new Survival/spec ops mode will be a major gameplay part.

I have already bought it - so far the singleplayer and spec ops/survival seem worth it alone. If they managed to improve MP that's just a bonus, though I think they have scrapped a few of the most annoying things already and that already helps.

No. It means the person who wrote it can't shoot properly - he aims for body mass and the damageviewkick kicks his view upward to the head. This is in no way different from MW2.

I still don't see why what they've shown us is worth another £40? They've not improved the game by taking out the stupid bits (DVK & QS) and adding a few new kill streaks and marginally different perks doesn't a new game make. Despite the fact that I enjoyed playing MW2 with people from FS, given my lack of time now, there isn't anything in this game that makes me think it's worth buying. They've hardly gone all out to improve it imo. They've just changed the title and expect the whole world to marvel at it. :xD:

Or if you're in Australia, the equivalent of £65. :xD:

This has exactly been my view since Call of Duty 4, and is likely to stay so until they get off their arses and at the very least rewrite the current engine.

Despite on how shitty it looks, I know for a fact millions of mindless peons will line up to give their wallets to Activision thinking that MW3 is a new, exciting and innovative game. Mainly the people below the 15 age range that will be forcing their mothers to buy this game for them even though they already own the exact same last several installments of CoD. I've got no hopes for this game. I'll be far too busy playing Gears of war 3 and Skyrim to even bother with the poor souls that dumped countless time and cash into a game they bought again and again for the past several years >:(.

That being said, World at War was fun. Most fun I actually was capable of garnering in a CoD game.

The dog tag thing is a different game mode AFAIK. You need to collect the dog tag of the enemy you killed to get the kill point.

If that is so you'll never enjoy any CoD in MP mode, no matter how flawless they make it. It means you simply don't like the premise of the game. You might like Spec Ops in MW3 but regardless of how excellent the game is you'll never like multiplayer.

Always good to see these changes, though I'm wondering if it took a certain competitor to finally get them to change.

Heh, that's quite likely. I'm still glad they did, though.

I especially like you can take out deathstreaks in LAN. Though I suspect we won't have enough players on FS to get an FS-only LAN match going.
