Yep, PS + Tablet ( Volito2 ) and long arms done intentionally

I'm glad you are back, your concepts always inspire me to draw.
Your pencil work is more impressive than your digital work (Not that your digital stuff isn't impressive, it really is), I'm guessing it's because the detail is laid out in a more natural way.

The Emperor looks good, but I always thought it would be a 1000 year old guy bristling with implants and life-support stuff

By the way, can I use the Helldog as a base for the Tiberium Fiend in Tiberian Apocalypse? With crystals instead of flames it would look fairly awesome as such.
