Not all video games have to be about story telling. Some of them can simply just be games that people can have fun with.

Not all video games have to be about story telling. Some of them can simply just be games that people can have fun with.

sure, i'm just unsure what a kid would get out of this. that is, if they even could control it at such an age. i presume it's aimed at 3-5 year olds and i highly doubt they would be able to "play" this kind of "game".

Kinects conferance, Sorry, Microsofts conferance wasn't all that i hoped it would be although there were some things i am looking forward to.
Both Halo titles have me pretty excited, being a big fan of the halo universe. I can't wait to play the first one again.
Gears of War 3 looked as good as i imagined it would although i already had that pre-ordered so that didn't influence me too much
CoD looked like i thought it would although on a slightly bigger scale. Lets hope its not literally all action.

Bring on EA's conferance!

Edit - The new Tomb Raider game actually looked pretty cool. Rather more atmospheric. I'm tempted by that.

Speaking of EA's conference, am I the only one keeping my hopes up for the new C&C game? It would be nice to get some info on what they are doing with the series now after the failure of C&C4, hopefully it's a step in the right direction.

To be honest, i think the Microsoft conference had a stronger line up of titles.
One of EA's main selling points was a game had already been seen, although with more footage which looked ok.
BF3 looked pretty cool but not worth an instant buy.
