[Toothless]

all right, so it is, i have already modded my C&C3 for months, the first mod was fine,it really working, but after i re-install my O/s and the game (with 1.9 patch and Mod SDK installed), i tried again and successful to build the mod but the problem is, when i fireup the game with the mod in it,nothing i changed in those files take effect in game, i have tried 4 times and it still didn't work, i also recheck all of my files, they're normal,no error or mistyping found.what should i do?
Also attached the file if someone want to figure what's wrong it those xml if i missed.

Did the compiler report any errors during compiling? Did the problem occur after a specific modification?

thanks.problem solved after i re-installed Windows.
