If you sign up to Playfire and Green Man Gaming, and link your 2 accounts, you can get 4 free games! The first game will be released midday tomorrow (GMT) and 1 each day after that.

For those not in the know, Playfire is a site that lets you keep track of all you gaming activity (both PC and console games) and Green Man Gaming is a games store that has a unique feature that lets you trade in digital games... Don't ask me how it works since I don't have a clue, and haven't tried it out myself yet. ;P

The games are: Zombies, Unstoppable Gorg, Superstar V8 Next Challenge and Ninja Blade... You can find out more about the offer here. Maybe not the biggest games out there, but no-one can argue with free games and you will also eventually be able to trade those games in if you don't want them, so you can put them towards a game you really want! :D

There's also going to be a MS Points/PSN competition on Tuesday.

Just thought I'd spread the word. :)

Soul you scare the hell out of me, more so than Lizzie.

I've been given a Bob coin from Mr. Bob, a life time supply of cookies from Blonde-Unknown, some Internet Chocolate from the Full Throttle mod team, and some Assorted Weapons from Høbbesy.

I've been buying off GMG for around 18 months now.

They have done free games before, they're all pretty terrible unfortunately. It's almost not worth bothering except that sometimes you get store credit for getting the free games (better than free!).

Regardless, it isn't exactly something to get excited about. 8|

I once won a Green Man Gaming NFS World starter pack in a contest once.

Well, we'll see how good this is in due time...

Missed first game and don't care about that. I think I had it as PS Mini from my PS+ account. Got the 2nd and 3rd. Did anyone use their capsule software. How good is it from a scale of Origin to Steam? I did not install the games cos I was lazy to install the capsule.

It's not as much of a pain as Origin is to use.

I haven't looked into it that much, bug capsule just seems to essentially be a download/install manager.

*sigh* Did any of guys even use the new Origin client?

Or are you just still in the mentality of hating on everything EA makes? Cause for Origin at least, they did take into consideration the users' feedback...

I used Origin with the Sim City beta and it kept interfering/breaking other programs. |:

EDIT: Oh... and I apparently live in Ireland. :|

I think that's more of an issue with the beta code, I have some Origin games that aren't in beta and nothing's broken here.

No. The beta is another issue.

I had issues, for example, when I wasn't in any game and I would continually get a popup saying press x to go to overlay (whatever the actual message says). Also had an issue where the origin browser would get stuck to the top of firefox, so I couldn't use it until after I closed Origin.

The process is pretty painless, literally just press a button to download, and then a button to install. :)
