It's also the one "new" CoD that's actually good, with all newer ones being just a copy of that tbh.

COD 4 is the only COD game which still worths 69$ MW2 was very good too, MW3 had ok sp but any other titles released under the name of COD is worthless!

Uh, there are ways to play it for which you don't need money. Don't bother spending €25 for a game that old.

I would but i don't have it, i got it for PS3 and had ehmm.. not so legal version for the PC but those ancient servers still running? D:

While i didn't played TF2, i can say they look vastly different, and mp of MW was one of a kind ( Well i know MW2 one and it was very good despite all the hacking, unbalanced gameplay and stuff )

As for the servers General, I'm pretty sure there's a reason Chyros put a Hamachi channel in the first post, from what I recall LAN COD4 is exactly equivalent to online, so there is no need for a master server.

There are public ranked servers still. I tried to play it again few months back, but there are lot of hackers in public servers :(. It had the best COD campaign IMO.

I'll try to join, probably on 1st May, at what time do you guys play?

We're quite flexible with times .

Contact me when you're up for it - I'll give you some necessary files and we'll test if it works at all.

The online servers mostly use Promod, which is an ironically-titled mod as it makes the game noticeably more imbalanced than it already is .

there are some good promod S&D servers I used to enjoy, but i don't think they are there anymore. Most hackers play TDM
