tbh I find it suitable only in black and white photos. but i aim to keep my ISO at 800 or lower with this cam. 1600 only if the shot is critical and I've never actually considered 3200.

IMO ISO should never be more than 200 unless the situation asks for it. i.e: always have proper lighting to begin with, don't go shooting in the dark since it'll only complicate things and make for shit pictures.

Only if you're using a tiny sensored camera. My friend's EOS 550D can shoot at ISO 6400 and get decent results. Also a bigger aperture helps too.

the lighting point still stands though, people easily forget how important it is to have proper lighting. not only for proper exposure but for atmosphere's sake too.

Note that your 'image' in the second pic is far superior in every way to the top pic. Lose the silly spiky hair and trim the facial hair to around the chin. Then go to uni and prosper

i like that flower in your window. truly the best place to put home embellishment is in a resting sanctuary like the bathroom, it really soothes the mind in times of need.
