From what I could tell it was an Alfa that crashed into a Porsche or vice versa, so neither . Maybe it was just the Alfa driver trying to do the world a favour by taking out the catastrophically ugly Porker. Luckily the hospital is just around the corner from here so they were taken in very quickly.

Lol I talk through one's hat and it came to be true , it was a pipe bomb, according to news : " a citizen found a suspicious device near a car " a pipe with cables wrapped into it " and bring it to the police outpost, bomb experts came and confirmed it was indeed a pipe bomb filled with nails to increase its damage and they demolished it in empty area near the outpost " and all that happened 20 meters away, windows in my room were open and I was looking outside at the moment, lol thought it was thunder as it was cloudy
