Kinda depends on what you want to do. As I recall, they do languages quite well at Leiden, but Utrecht is the biggest, highest-ranked and most well-funded university in the country, scoring best on pretty much all subjects. Utrecht itself is a small but lovely city (every single person I met that came to Utrecht loved it) while Leiden is kind of a shit village, and in Utrecht, Social Student Housing (SSH) rooms have my previous Surfnet ultra-internet at 100 mb up and down as standard 8| .

I'm slightly biased though :xD: .
