Yes, I expected you would be
I'm currently majoring in International Studies, but by my calculation I should have completed all the units required to satisfy my major (and my minor) by the time I begin my second semester (which will be abroad). After that I'll need at least two third-year equivalent units (or 'courses' as they seem to be referred to at European institutions) to meet my degree's final requirements, but they can all be electives. I want to enjoy myself so I guess I'd be after anything with a light workload
Right now I'm looking through the course offerings for international students (http://www.uu.nl/fac...e-students.aspx) from the Faculty of Humanities. There are a nice amount of options, but I suppose I can't do anything that deviates too far from the subjects I've already taken back home.
(also, I might need to plan for a backup option too in case I don't get into UU)

The Netherlands looks like a good option, though I'm currently deciding whether to go with Leiden or OOOOOOTREEECKT University.
Kinda depends on what you want to do. As I recall, they do languages quite well at Leiden, but Utrecht is the biggest, highest-ranked and most well-funded university in the country, scoring best on pretty much all subjects. Utrecht itself is a small but lovely city (every single person I met that came to Utrecht loved it) while Leiden is kind of a shit village, and in Utrecht, Social Student Housing (SSH) rooms have my previous Surfnet ultra-internet at 100 mb up and down as standard
I'm slightly biased though

I question the general assumption that i am inherently deficient in the area of grammar and sentence structure
