That depends tbh. It's much more effective to use hydrochloric acid to clean your toilet though. Not only does that kill everything, it also gets rid of the limescale that builds up in the toilet. Apart from looking gross and clossing up your toilet slowly, bacteria and other stuff gets into there, and the bleach might not be able to reach it there.

NEVER use both bleach and hydrochloric acid (toilet cleaner) at the same time. They react with each other to form poisonous chlorine gas, and the enclosed space of a toilet makes exposure quite bad.
