Yes, it's clearly a nod to that. But, fuck willing, it'll improve on some of its shortcomings. I've heard some sources say that there is more focus on the gunplay, which is Battlefield's greatest weakness. The proof is in the pudding of course, but I'd happily give it a go, if they let me into the beta test I'll happily give it a go .

so, Dome Keeper has 30-35 hour playing time for me. Good enough for the price. Very addicting at first try.

I must say the difficulty in guild assignments is well adjusted. Not annoyingly hard. I did not try challenges though, some of them seems unnecessarily hard.
