Reading the reviews of people who pre-ordered expensive as fuck Civilization VI

I totally forgot we actually had a VI and this is VII

Even though I have VI, i play V, i forgot VI even exists

Maybe that is a problem with the Supreme Commander type games? Lack of voice acting perhaps?

That, and lack of good music, atmosphere, story, etc. I think all of them lack it.

To be honest, I'm not sure you can get a lot of personality out of those huge-scale RTS games like you can micro-scale ones like C&C. That's okay though, just a different kind of game.

Makes it easier to talk over comms if you're playing coop, at least.

One of my biggest issues with all the different modern RTS games is the lack of art style... They simply exist. There are some that look better than others, but the ones that look better seem to focus on "realistic" graphics, rather than readability of the units and buildings.

This looks pretty neat though.
